BeginArc is a companion service that links out to legal third-party platforms. We do not host episodes, chapters, scans, clips, songs, or any copyrighted media files. We do not bypass paywalls, DRM, or regional restrictions.

Filing a takedown notice

Send your notice to copyright@beginarc.com. Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL of the material you believe is infringing on BeginArc.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act on the rights-holder's behalf.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, file a counter-notice with the same contact above. Include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly attempt to submit or link to infringing material via BeginArc.
