BeginArc is a beginner-friendly companion that helps people start a guided first journey into anime — and, eventually, other worlds. BeginArc provides guidance, organization, personalization, and companion tools. BeginArc does not host anime episodes, manga chapters, or any copyrighted media files.

What you get

  • A guided, spoiler-safe beginner journey.
  • Outbound links to legal third-party platforms.
  • Optional paid features (Guide, Starter Pack, All-Worlds Yearly).
  • Local progress tracking and (when signed in) cloud sync.

No availability or partnership guarantees

BeginArc does not guarantee that any title is available on any platform in any region. BeginArc does not claim official partnerships with streaming platforms, publishers, studios, or creators unless explicitly stated by an admin in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use BeginArc to access or share pirated, scanlation, or unauthorized content.
  • Bypass paywalls, DRM, geo restrictions, or platform terms via BeginArc.
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
  • Scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer BeginArc to operate a competing service.
  • Submit copyrighted content you do not have rights to.

Paid features and entitlements

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. BeginArc does not see or store your card details.
  • Premium access is granted only after Stripe verifies the charge via our webhook.
  • If we cannot verify your payment, no entitlement is granted; contact billing@beginarc.com.
  • Refunds: contact billing@beginarc.com within 14 days for the operational MVP refund window.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for piracy, abuse, or attempts to compromise BeginArc's systems.

Disclaimers

BeginArc is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk. We do not warrant accuracy or completeness of recommendations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeginArc's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
